Optimo Construction Group makes way for Madison Loft Apartments, Belfast.

A demolition and strip out campaign has begun at former manufacturing warehouses in Rydalmere Street and Empire Street, Belfast to make way for Madison Loft Apartments, a series of 6 one-bedroom apartments, 31 two-bedroom apartments and 17 three-bedroom apartments.

The campaign involved the controlled dismantling and removal of existing structures to prepare the site for its next phase of development. Careful planning, coordinated site operations and efficient waste clearance supported safe delivery while minimising disruption to the surrounding area.
